Open GroomTrack and select Create account on the next screen. Complete your monthly subscription, then set up your business hours and services. Add clients and pets as you go. You can also import a supported CSV client list and review it before saving.

GroomTrack is $29.99 per month. A subscription is required to use the app; this offer does not include a free trial. You can look through the actual product screens on this website before creating an account.

Yes. GroomTrack runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. An internet connection is required. There is no separate app-store download to buy.

Owners submit appointment requests through your salon’s booking link. Review each request and approve the visit when you are ready.

Client details, pet profiles and grooming history stay together in your salon account. You retain ownership of the business data you enter. Review the Privacy Policy for how information is stored and used, and contact support for data requests.

GroomTrack records payments and can store your payment links. It is not a replacement for your payment processor. Your GroomTrack subscription is handled separately.

Appointment reminders are available by email and optional text. Texts require client consent and are subject to your account's monthly limit, shown in Settings. Your clients' carrier message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on messaging service availability. The text counter records messages accepted by the provider for sending, not confirmed deliveries.

Yes. Cancel from Settings > Billing at any time to stop the next renewal. Access continues through the current paid billing period. See the Cancellation and Refund Policies for the full terms.

Email [email protected] with setup or product questions. If you already have an account, include your salon name. Do not email passwords or customer records.
